LABELS - Electrical, Mechanical, Control Panel, Equipment .....
Engineers fabricating equipment with control panels or other equipment with switches, dials, LED's or other controls or indicators will need to labels. Most of the time, the labels will be rectangular and vary in size from 1/2"x3/4" to about 3"x5". In some cases, the labels will fit around controls or indicators, and must be laser cut to fit. In some cases, the Allen-Bradley push button plates will work.
Whatever your project, we should be able to turn around your label order to meet your deadline. We are able to use shop drawings as a data source.
A few examples of the formats we have used.
Pushbutton Plate - White
The Allen-Bradley pushbutton plate is available in 2.0 x 2.25 inches and in 1.4 x 1.8 inches. Labels are white with black text.
Pushbutton Plate - Red
The red pushbutton plates with white text are also available in 2.0 x 2.25 inches and in 1.4 x 1.8 inches.
Rectangular Label
This rectangular label is shown as white with black text. a range of color combinations are available, even though this may be the best for visibility. There are no fixed sizes. Labels are cut to the dimensions you require.
Small Labels
Small labels may be cut in gangs and left attached until used. Labels not separated are easier to proof and account for.
Rectangular Label 3 x 5
Emergency instruction labels are red with white text. While this label is 3 x 5, labels may be cut to any size.
Rectangular Label 3 x 5
This rectangular label may be made in any size. White labels with black text are requested most often but a wide range of color combinations is available.
